On Repeat: First Aid Kit

My dear friend Alex first turned me onto First Aid Kit, and since that bright day he showed me one of their videos I've had these lovely ladies on repeat, all day, everyday. Sweet Kelly Ann posted about them last month, and I've seen them and their amazing music all over the internet- and for good reason. To me, their music is incredibly inspiring and is somehow suitable for every mood, occasion and season. I'm fairly certain you'll agree. I'm including videos of two of my favorite songs, but be sure to check them out on iTunes or Spotify and listen to everything including live recordings; trust me, you'll want to.

Thank you Johanna and Klara for making such beautiful music. You inspire me every single day!

  4. Ghost town is my favorite as well.. and they are favorite band of all time, basically. Their albums never get old and I can always return to them after all my other albums are feeling overplayed.

I'm going to see them in Hamburg, Germany in 7 days!! :)

  6. If I may recommend - You should check out The Tallest Man on Earth. Also from Sweden: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aquENZ49Ym0&feature=related - More folkie - Dylanish, but on the same wave.

  7. These ladies are SO talented! I discovered them through their exceptional cover of Fleet Foxes "Tiger Mountain Peasant Song" on youtube. In fact, I just downloaded their newest album last week and can't get enough of "Emmylou." I agree with silvia-- if you like these guys, definitely check out The Tallest Man on Earth. He is spectacular!

  13. The first aid kit for the home should be in a clean, large container that is simple to open and easy to transport. If it is too bulky or too hard to open, it could be detrimental if a significant injury occurs. By having it be large and roomy, it is easy for supplies to be found in haste. paramedic jobs in UK
