Journal Day: Prompt #1

My original plan was to post the prompt on Sometimes Sweet's Facebook, but many of you let me know you don't have a Facebook! So instead, I'll share it here every Sunday evening.

Here's this week's prompt-

Everyone has a time in their life they view as a crossroad. Sometimes you can see it as it's happening, and you're able to choose one way or another. Other times you may not realize you're there until you look back, and see what a turning point it really was. This week, write about a time you view as a marker in your life; a distinct place where things changed, for better or worse.

I'll be back Thursday with my response, and that's when I'll ask you guys to share a bit from your writing in the comments, as well as a link to your post so we can all check it out.

Happy writing- can't wait until Thursday!

p.s. I'm over on Small Fry today talking about new baby advice and re-sharing Charlie's birth story. I'm also alongside an awesome Orbit Baby stroller giveaway! Check it out here.

  1. I love this first prompt. I'm not sure I'll be brave enough to share the response I have in mind on my blog, but I will definitely be writing an entry in a personal journal that I keep. Can't wait to hear your response along with everyone else.
